Which units do you have available?
While we mostly have units coming available in the summertime, it is best to contact one of our property managers directly to see which units are currently available as well as any upcoming units in the neighborhood.
Do you have anything other than three bedroom options?
Unfortunately, all of our town homes in Triple Creek are 3BR/3BA units.
Are the floor plans all the same?
The original 12 units in the development had a very minor difference, but is very similar to the 2nd phase, and the remaining units all have the exact same floor plan and room dimensions.
What is included in the rent?
The monthly rent includes the homeowners association fee which allows access to the pool, tennis, and playground facilities. This also includes the exterior grounds maintenance.
What are the utilities that I am responsible for?
Tenants are responsible for all utilities for the unit including power (Walton EMC), water (Oconee County Water Dept.), trash (AAA Sanitation), and TV/Internet (Charter Cable or AT&T). You may use satellite dish but they may not be attached directly to the building nor can they be in front of the unit.
