Long Term Leasing

We have a standard 12 month lease term available but we can also accommodate up to a 24 moth lease term with an option to renew after that.

Short Term Leasing

We also offer short term leasing on some of our units but there is a rate increase for this more flexible option.  Rate increases vary according to lease term.

Furnished Leasing

We also have a furnished lease option that can also be made available for both long and short term leasing.  Rates vary according to length of lease term.

Property Management

We offer simple tenant procurement as well as full time property management, thereby allowing you the flexibility to be as involved in the process as you'd like to be.

Maintenance

We have a full time maintenance coordinator on staff so that when issues arise there is someone there to guide you through the process of getting everything back to the way it should be.
